Establishment of the International Mountain Center of Turkic-Speaking States (IMC Turan-Too)

This article examines the need to establish an International Mountain Center of Turkic-Speaking States (IMC Turan-Too) to ensure sustainable development in mountain regions. It analyzes the socioeconomic and environmental challenges facing mountain countries and proposes mechanisms for international cooperation to address them. Particular attention is given to the experience of the International Center for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) and the possibility of establishing a similar center in the Turkic-Speaking region.
